Dear Tricia,
thank you for your enquiry. I hold the classes, generally, at my home in Prospect. The classes are held one night a week over a 6 week period. The 6 class series costs $468 and includes, a delicious 2 course meal which we prepare together, all the recipes, much knowledge and inspiration. Also support for your particular considerations with regard to your health.
I have a 6 class series beginning this Tuesday evening 6.30- 9.30 and then every Wednesday evening for the next 5 weeks. If you would like to register or know more give me a call 8342 4890 or 0407 888 816.
I also have an upcoming daytime- 3 class series commencing Monday June 6th and then Monday June 20th and 27th. This will consist of the first 3 classes of the 6 class series and costs $268

Dear Anastasia,
thank you for your request and Our blood needs to be around 7.4. A slight shift in the pH of the blood to 7.2 could result in death. Simply put, the blood, as most parts of the body, needs to stay within a relatively tight range of ALKALINITY to function well and be healthy.
